If you're already hitting the Henryetta Farmers Market in the morning, make a day of it.

 

The Handmade Artisan Crafted Market runs every Saturday afternoon right there under the pavilion, and every single vendor is selling something they actually made themselves.

 

Homemade soaps, fresh baked treats, handcrafted decor, plants, jams, jewelry, freeze dried goodies, and a whole lot more. Over 15 vendors, real handmade goods, free to walk through.

 

This is one worth putting on repeat.

Okmulgee Pecan Festival — Okmulgee is known for this one far beyond county lines. A long-standing local tradition that draws people from all over. If you've never been, that's worth fixing.

Okmulgee Invitational Rodeo and Festival — One of the longest-running rodeos in the country. Big energy, real community, and a whole lot of fun. Seriously, if you haven't gone yet... go.

 

Harvest Spoon Chili Festival — A popular annual fall event with great food and even better community energy. It's one of those events that sneaks up on you and then you're hooked for life.

 

Okmulgee Farmer's Market — Runs weekly during warmer months. Fresh produce, local vendors, good people. This one's a community staple.
